Seems like there is a big need for investment in transitional capital for ranchers? What are the potential costs associated? What levers are being pulled to build demand on the consumer side? How can non-ranchers be more actively involved? Would be very open to a conversation and have a few connections that may be worth exploring with your team. Principally, I work with The Russell Family Foundation (trff.org) as a family member volunteer - one of their primary granting objectives right now is 'Food for Climate Solutions'. It may be worth connecting some dots there. I will note though that they are geographically focused on the Pacific Northwest, though their learnings and reach extend much beyond that. — Patti - USA - "I'm 86 years old and own some wonderful beautiful property in upstate South Carolina. Fortunately we found Allen Williams, and with all his knowledge and our commitment we are implementing regeneration of our abused normal pasture land. This includes converting our 70 cowherd to 300 South Poll cattle. We've implemented Eshepherd. We want to eliminate bailing hay and feeding Hay. We have 250 acres of ordinary fescue typically grazed down to a few inches. So rotational grazing, water and learning how to bring our soil back is our focus. Also our property has 300 acres of low quality timber which we are clearing and adding perimeter fencing in the following months. We're leaving stands with trees for shade but right now the ground is naked and with Allen's Help we hope to bring it to life, but haven't had that program designed yet. I have only watched the first session of roots so deep and it indeed is excellent and fascinating and thought-provoking. I grew up on a dairy farm in Indiana so I had 17 years of exposure to that life. I'm a mechanical engineer in only Company with state of the Art equipment. I retired from my company so what we're doing with the land is now my passion trying to create a profitable operation and healthy soil and animals. God has blessed us with the where with all to fund this and fortunately I have a great Ranch manager and now my nephew just graduating from Clemson in agriculture joins us June 1. We want to get fertilizer, chemicals and tillage out of our vocabulary. So we have an agricultural drone and a commitment to use hoofs, manure and notill were necessary. I hope to meet you someday Peter. You are very impressive with your communication style and obvious love for what you're doing. "
